Shipping and Returns
Green Cotton Boutique proudly ships free to all continental U.S. Shoes ship for a flat rate of $6.95.
- All orders will be processed within 3 business days once the order is received.
- All orders should be delivered by 5 business days depending on location.
- Green Cotton customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If orders need to be reprocessed you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
- Orders cannot be canceled after being placed.
- We will not be responsible for any lost packages during transit. Please contact your local post office to file a claim.
- We hope you're happy with all your Green Cotton purchases. However, we understand that clothing mishaps arise and returns are necessary.
- At Green Cotton we allow all online purchases to be eligible for store credit if needed to be returned. Your store return will be eligible for up to 14 days after delivery date. After this timeframe the items are no longer accepted.
- When returning an item, follow these three easy steps!
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org in the subject line type "return" and let us know whether you would like to exchange a size or receive online store credit.
- Mail your item folded and shipped neatly in the order you received it (unwashed, unworn, with tags) with your packing slip or emailed receipt to: 1523 Rocky Glade Rd. Eagleville, TN 37060.
- Please allow us 4-6 days processing time and we will email you an online store credit for the amount of the item returned (any shipping charges are not issued credit). Store credit must be used within 90 days before it is considered expired. All issued store credit is considered FINAL sale.
- All sale items are FINAL. There will be absolutely no returns or issued store credit on any FINAL sale items.
- Other items that are FINAL sale include all accessories, bodysuits, bralettes, shoes, and swimwear.
- We have the right to deny refund if an item is worn or damaged in any way.
- Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at email@example.com and attach pictures of the damaged item. Write "damaged item" in the subject line of the email.
